There is a dip across our parking. What causes that?

Almost always a service trench backfilled without compaction. Each subdivision cut a new water or power run across the parking, and loose backfill settles for years. The fix is excavating that line properly and reinstating in compacted layers, then relaying the same blocks.

Can you pave without closing our parking?

In phases, yes. We section the forecourt and work bay by bay so residents always have spaces. It is slower than closing the whole area and it is usually the only workable arrangement in an occupied Parklands block.
